With 15+ years of HR, people leadership and business experience across New Zealand and Australia, Lucy has worked in a variety of HR roles supporting both people and businesses.
Today, she focuses on providing affordable, accessible HR support to employees, employers and small to medium-sized businesses.
Lucy believes HR shouldn’t be complicated, intimidating or full of jargon. Sometimes you just need straightforward advice, in real language, from a real person.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Lucy somewhere near a sports field, attempting to run, keeping up with her two kids, singing in what may be the world’s least-rehearsed band, or making the occasional appearance at the gym.
Because HR is about people — and Lucy is, first and foremost, a people person.

Archie has been part of the office furniture for so long, we’re not entirely sure where the desk ends and Archie begins.
His role is simple: provide moral support, supervise meetings, accept pats and remind everyone that sometimes the best solution is a walk and a biscuit.
